Worcester Warriors
Rebuilding a Club, Reigniting a Community.
My strategy has brought Worcester Warriors back to life after administration, rebuilding its digital ecosystem, fanbase and commercial engine from the ground up. From record-breaking season ticket sales (4,600+) to the 8M+ view “Guess the Warrior” campaign, I combined data-led CRM, social-first storytelling and brand leadership to reconnect supporters, restore trust and drive over £2M in partnerships and hospitality growth.
Sixways Stadium
Turning a Stadium into a Year-Round Destination
My work has been to eposition Sixways as more than a matchday venue, by transforming it into a data-driven, commercial brand for businesses, partners and the community. Through CRM-led sales journeys, performance marketing and brand storytelling, I delivered 35% YoY growth in Christmas bookings, sold-out Fireworks Nights, and a stronger pipeline for corporate, hospitality and event revenue.
SO Aesthetics
After being unhappy with a previous website build, branding and logos which didn't fit their business's personality plus the lack of digital support, I came on board to roll out a re-brand, social media strategy and content curation, brand new website and booking system upgrade and also deploy their new e-commerce set-up. All of this successfully supported and strengthened their business revenues during Covid-19, and ensured the successful expansion of their clinic which tripled in size.
Moment Company
This exciting mindfulness company and product was launching to market after a successful Kickstarter campaign. Working alongside brand agency, The Glow London, the project involved refreshing the brand, building the brand tones, rolling out a comprehensive organic social media strategy alongside extensive ad campaigns across Facebook and Instagram, curating Mailchimp campaigns, recruiting influencers and building a new Shopify website.
