This doctor and nurse-led business wanted to scale and grow, and needed a personal approach to support them through a period of change. They already ran a successful business but they were about to refurbish and expand their clinic, so it was the perfect time for a re-brand, new website, new booking systems and bringing in new digital tools to support their business practices.

 

Before ak Digital Marketing came on board, they had a booking system which didn't suit their needs, a website which had poor navigation and design, and no digital support. Their email inbox could only support 100 new messages at a time, which meant they would frequently lose messages due to the mailbox rejecting new emails and it was poor for user experience. They were juggling managing the clinic, treating patients, and trying to post on social media at the end of a long day in clinic.

 

Their new website now allows them to sell their skincare products online with an e-commerce set up, seamlessly take bookings for both their clinic locations in Worcester and Bewdley, includes a new blog, and integrates their payment plan provider, GoCardless. And to improve their business practices, there was roll out of full Google Suite products for staff calendars, email inboxes and Google Drive plus SEO, Google Analytics and Google Business to tie things together.

 

The project also involved social media strategy and content curation, and designing their new clinic signage and print materials. Their engagement rate on Instagram in particular has increased to 5.96% which is over the industry average.

 

All of this successfully supported and strengthened their business revenues during Covid-19 lockdowns by increasing their bookings and sales, and ensured the successful expansion of their clinic which tripled in size.
